We meet at the Sonoma County Airport, 2200 Airport Blvd., Santa Rosa CA 95403. Please park in short term parking which will be on your left as you come into the airport property. We will have the balloon vans parked in-between the parking lot and the terminal. Passengers arriving more than 15 minutes after the established meeting time will be considered a no-show and will be charged full fare.              

Directions:

From North of Santa Rosa
Approximate travel time (in minutes) from Ukiah: 50, Cloverdale: 25, Healdsburg: 15. Travel south on Hwy. 101 and take the Airport Blvd. exit and turn right out to the airport, about 1.5 miles.

Napa/Calistoga
Allow approximately 45 minutes travel time from Napa, 35 from Calistoga. Take Highway 29 North, toward Calistoga. Go THROUGH the traffic light (where 29 turns right into downtown Calistoga) Now you're on Hwy. 128 North. heading toward Geyserville. At the next stop sign, turn left onto Petrified Forest Road and you’ll eventually see a right turn called Porter Creek/ Mark West Springs Road. Follow Porter Creek, which becomes Mark West Springs and takes you to Hwy. 101 North. Head north one mile, take the Airport Boulevard exit  which will cloverleaf you back over the highway, heading west towards the airport.

Guerneville/Jenner
Allow about (in minutes) - Jenner: 50, Guerneville: 25. Take River Road through Guerneville east toward Hwy. 101. The stoplight just past a set of railroad tracks is Fulton Road, turn left there, crossing over 101 to a four way stop which is Airport Blvd. Turn left and go about 2.5 miles out to the airport.

East Bay
Allow about 1.5 hours travel time. Take Hwy. 580, over the San Rafael Bridge, to Hwy. 101 North to Santa Rosa. Go through most of Santa Rosa to the Airport Blvd. exit which will cloverleaf you back over the highway, heading west towards the airport.

Santa Rosa
Allow about 10-15 minutes travel time. Take Hwy. 101 to Airport Blvd Exit, about 3-4 miles north of Santa Rosa. The off ramp cloverleaf will take you back over the highway heading you west toward the airport.

Sebastopol/Bodega Bay
Allow about (in minutes) - Sebastopol: 25, Bodega: 45. Head East on Hwy. 12 (Bodega Hwy.)  past downtown Sebastopol to Hwy. 101. Take the northern direction towards Eureka. Take Hwy. 101 to the Airport Blvd exit. The off ramp cloverleaf will take you back over the highway heading you west toward the airport.

San Francisco
Allow about 1:15 travel time. Find Van Ness Street and turn on to Lombard which will bring you to the Golden Gate Bridge, which is Hwy. 101. Santa Rosa is about 45 miles north of the bridge. Go through the town of Santa Rosa and take the Airport Blvd. exit. The off ramp will take you back over the highway west toward the airport.

Occidental
Allow about 40 minutes travel time. From the middle of town head north briefly on the Bohemian Hwy, turn right on Graton Road. Take that east to Hwy 116/Gravenstien Hwy. and turn left. Approx. a 1/2 mile is Guerneville Road, turn right. Take that east to Fulton Road and turn left. After about 3-4 miles you'll cross over Hwy. 101 and then stop at a four way intersection, turn left on Airport Blvd and follow it out to the airport.

Sonoma
Allow 40 minutes travel time from the Sonoma Plaza. From the Plaza head west on Napa Street about ½ a mile and turn right on Hwy. 12 towards Santa Rosa.  After about 20 miles, you will come to the Farmers Lane Intersection. (do not turn there) go through the intersection, now you are on Fourth St. Take this to College Ave. and turn right (just past Union 76 Station) to Hwy. 101 going north. Take Hwy. 101 to Airport Blvd Exit, about 3-4 miles north of Santa Rosa. The off ramp will take you back over the highway west toward the airport.
