We were in Dream Chaser and the pilot and crew were professional, accommodating and a lot of fun. just wanted to thank you and your entire crew for such a great trip. We flew with Jeff on August 2nd and it was such a great time. Not only was the flight wonderful, but also the brunch and the entire experience. You present the complete package down to the last detail and we really appreciate that.
One of the things we did comment a lot on, was the great ground crew you had. Everyone of them went out of their way to talk to us, explain things to us, and just were very friendly. We were amazed to hear that at least a few of them had more than one job. In fact, two nights later our pizza was delivered by one of your crew and it was so nice that he acknowledged and recognized us. Each and every person we had contact with that day were an excellent example of great customer service. Keep up the great work and hopefully we will visit you again some day.

It's not often that an actual event is greater than what has been anticipated, but flying with you today was all of that and more. We made it home safely and we both wanted to thank you for encouraging us to take the drive along the Russian River, and into Bedago Bay it was absolutely beautiful. We had lunch there too, and even stopped at the church where "The Birds" was filmed. We both enjoyed the balloon ride so much and we really appreciated you taking us up on our own private balloon!!
